Before pursuing my dream of operating my own riding facility, I grew up here on this farm living and working with critters of all sorts. The farm has been through four generations of horses living here. My grandfather used draft horses for working the farm, clearing the 401 highway, and for transportation. My father grew up riding ponies to school with friends, and later raced Standardbreds for many years. I started out with a Shetland Pony at a young age and worked my way up through my teens training and showing horses. My daughter Kelsey started at 4 yrs old riding and owning her first pony Teddy.
I have a strong understanding of horses and over 38 years of experience and knowledge. Horses are my passion. I fell in love with the sport and now enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge with up and coming riders and owners.
Kelsey Miron is the fourth generation on this farm, she is Cori’s daughter. She has spent her entire life around horses; feeding, caring for, training, and competing.
Kelsey attends clinics, lessons and horse shows to learn more to enhance her knowledge as well as to bring more to her coaching. Kelsey started 10 years ago teaching private lessons and taking students to local horse shows. She also helps run March Break and Summer Camps. She now teaches weekly lessons and has 30 plus students on a show team that goes off property to compete. Kelsey loves what she does and it sure does show with her students.
